What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy has been described as a pleasant therapy-meets-meditation experience. The technique involves a discussion of what is on your mind and what you’d like to work on, followed by mental and physical relaxation and suggestions with the goal of sparking deeper communication and inspiration within yourself.

Throughout history, hypnosis has been used to gain connection to realms of the psyche less concerned with the linear and logical. We can use hypnosis for our benefit: to strengthen our willingness to shift outdated habits and fuel our mindset for how we want to be and feel. Today, research reflects diverse ways that hypnosis can benefit the mind.

Hypnosis is a very powerful means of changing the way we use our minds to control perception and our bodies.
